ZaChe Financial Services Limited, a fast growing micro-finance company, seeks to recruit a dynamic and suitably qualified person to fill the position of Company Accountant in this high growth company. The role will be to provide effective financial management, systems and administration of the accounting function within the business. The position will also report directly to the CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the CEO, the post holder will be responsible for Data Integrity and Compliance with Zambian Regulation, Payables, Budgeting, Tax Matters, Internal Controls and Systems, Cash Flow Management, Bank Reconciliations, Creditors Reconciliations and Analyses, Planning and Implementing systems, and Liaising with Auditors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply
- Accountant with minimum ACCA Level Two or ZICA
- Licentiate or Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Good Computer Skills and must be familiar with computerized accounting packages
- A member of ZICA
- Good interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary offer will depend on qualifications and work experience.
