PDH Foundation trading as Urban Bliss Hotel seeks to recruit qualified individuals in the new hotel opening soon:
FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
Job Purpose: To oversee all Food and Beverage activities within the kitchen, two restaurants and banquets/events, while managing employees, inventory, financials, and resolving problems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the Food and Beverage related areas of the hotel including employees
- Maintaining inventory and order levels
- Resolve any problems that may arise within the department
Qualifications
- Full grade twelve certificate/DipIoma in hospitality management/food production
- 5 years of experience in managing a Food and Beverage Department
- 35 years-old and above
- Competences and Experience
- Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication/Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
