Description
ROLE PURPOSE
- Build & Manage KEY ACCOUNTS.
- Develop strong relationships with our customers.
- Achieve sales targets – control budget costs, maintain credit terms set with customers.
- Grow market share, increase current customer wallet share.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Meet KPI’S (Key performance indicators)
- Maintain and update sales forecast in order to achieve forecast accuracy.
- Maintain stewardship of SYNGENTA products
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & BEHAVIOUR:
Critical Knowledge:
- Minimum of a diploma in Agriculture
- Sales qualification will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of customer accounts
- Agricultural knowledge specific to crops
- Understanding of market, channel need to ensure innovative GTM approaches
- Deep understanding of commercial and development concepts
- Minimum 3 years Agricultural work experience or business related work experience
