Key Account Manager – (18015939)

Description

ROLE PURPOSE

  • Build & Manage KEY ACCOUNTS.
  • Develop strong relationships with our customers.
  • Achieve sales targets – control budget costs, maintain credit terms set with customers.
  • Grow market share, increase current customer wallet share.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Meet KPI’S (Key performance indicators)
  • Maintain and update sales forecast in order to achieve forecast accuracy.
  • Maintain stewardship of SYNGENTA products

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & BEHAVIOUR:

Critical Knowledge:

  • Minimum of a diploma in Agriculture
  • Sales qualification will be an added advantage
  • Good understanding of customer accounts
  • Agricultural knowledge specific to crops
  • Understanding of market, channel need to ensure innovative GTM approaches
  • Deep understanding of commercial and development concepts
  • Minimum 3 years Agricultural work experience or business related work experience
