Job Title: Brand and Marketing Manager

1.Promotions and Brand building

  • Brand custodian
  • Ensure effective and timely execution of all campaigns development and roll out
  • Support relevant marketing activities to support the development of the brand across the country

2. Marketing Management

  • Agency Management Relations
  • Market trend analysis reports
  • Drive Branding and ensuring delivery of SOV and clicks according to the approved business, Marketing plan and budget.
  • Monitor evolution of customer segment needs, market and industry
  • Create solutions to usage of TopStar product and service offering

3. Communication

  • All marketing communications carrying the brand logo to be in line with brand guidelines and brand communication   standards
  • Support all other functions driving brand values and ensuring custodianship of brand standard conformance in line   with Website communications and Brand Assets

4. Project Management

  • Ensure all projects are carried out within approved budget, set timelines and according to agreed calendar

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of a degree in Marketing discipline or any other relevant fields
  • Excel and Power Point Competency
  • At least 2 years working experience in the brand management space
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, advertising and media buying
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Advertising and branding
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Working  knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
