AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF)
AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is a legally registered not for profit, NGO registered in Zambia. AHF collaborates with the Zambian government and other partner institutions, to provide technical assistance to these key stakeholders to establish sustainable and replicable models for the delivery of quality and comprehensive HIV/AIDS treatment, care and support, HIV Counseling, and Testing, Prevention and Psychosocial services to people living with HIV/AIDS. The AHF wishes to recruit the following:
Data Clerks x 5 (Choma, Kafue Gorge, Mansa, Kitwe, Kabwe)
Duties and responsibilities:
- He/ she will directly report to the Clinic Sister-In-Charge and Data Manager
- He/ she will enter all clinic data into the recommended EHR system
- Conduct data collection and consolidation including weekly and quarterly reporting
- Consolidate monthly Testing reports for the site
- Participate in chart audit review for the clinic
- Supervise Time-in-Motion Survey and other surveys as assigned by Data Manager
- Be able to have basic analytical skills in excel or other recommended applications
Qualifications:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Certificate in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data collection, entry and reporting
