Motorbike Riders

AfriDelivery Limited Zambia is looking for Motorbike riders with the following responsibilities:

• Delivering food to customers in their homes or businesses, ensuring that food arrives at the correct temperature
• Following route schedules and making sure deliveries are made on time
  Duties may also include accepting orders over the phone and taking orders from customers at their door step
• Accepting cash payments from customers for goods and services, and making change
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and positive word of mouth recommendations from clients
• Ensuring motorbike are properly maintained and cleaned according to company standards
• Offering customers information about a restaurant’s menu items or special promotions

Qualification:

• Class A driving Licence with 2 years riding experience in food industries
• Grade 12 school certificate
• Smart and presentable
• Knowledge of Lusaka places
• Use of GPS system
