is looking to hire an experienced individual to fill in the position of ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISANT.

Qualifications Required

  • Full Grade 12 Certificate
  • Diploma in Secretarial and/or Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft word and excel
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Relevant office or administrative work experience is desirable.

Typical responsibilities of the job include:

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Organizing and servicing meetings
  • Managing the database
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
