Job Advert: Human Resource Practitioner Consultant
Puku Solutions, a growing human resource consulting firm, is seeking to recruit a skilled and experienced Human Resource practitioner to join our team as a consultant. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of eight years work experience in human resources and possess a current practicing license from the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert human resource consulting services to clients
- Conducting training needs assessments and developing customized training programs
- Managing employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts
- Conducting job analysis and job evaluations to ensure equity and fairness in pay and benefits
- Designing and implementing performance management systems
- Providing guidance on compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Supporting recruitment and selection processes as needed
Requirements:
- A minimum of a degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- A current practicing license from the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
- Highly proficient in Excel and other relevant software applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
