Job Description

To manage a specific market, providing customer centric, cost–effective service in order to increase the overall sales performance and usage (improve transactions) for merchant business.

The Trade Development Manager reports to the Product Sales Manager. The Trade Development Manager shall be the direct coordinator to TDRs within the assigned zone, which is a combination of several territories/market segments to grow our partner’s agency banking services, manage agents & merchants through the TDR’s. This role is responsible for coordinating operations together with the TDRs in designated territories.

  • To manage and coordinate TDR operations in designated territory
  • Accomplish regional sales and responsible for training and coaching field trade development representative
  • To ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are met


  • Diploma in sales and marketing/Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (sales & marketing of products & services) and field force management. – Telecoms or Banking industry desirable.
  • Should be result oriented,
  • Self-motivated
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Good Communication skill
  • Time Management skill.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel.
