About the role:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Vehicle Sales Consultant to join their dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling vehicles while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs and preferences
- Conduct thorough product presentations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and financing options
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments (finance, service) to ensure a smooth customer experience
Desired Skills and Experience
- Diploma in business administration/Marketing or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales (1-2 years minimum)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM software, Microsoft Office)

Compensation:
