RESPONSIBILITIES
- ·Daily employee attendance checks and supervisor of employees
- Managing the Company’s Fleet RTSA documentation (RSL, Road Tax, Fitness), handling Insurance claims and renewals and other Company related yearly documentations Workers compensation, Council, etc
- Monthly payroll preparation, NAPSA monthly returns submission and new member registration.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company information
- Answer queries by employees
- Update office policies as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management or Human Resource Management, Degree will be an added advantage
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures and Human Resource management
- Has a Clean valid Driver’s License with 2 years driving experience.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) and office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
