RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ·Daily employee attendance checks and supervisor of employees
  • Managing the Company’s Fleet RTSA documentation (RSL, Road Tax, Fitness), handling Insurance claims and renewals and other Company related yearly documentations Workers compensation, Council, etc
  • Monthly payroll preparation, NAPSA monthly returns submission and new member registration.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company information
  • Answer queries by employees
  • Update office policies as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management or Human Resource Management, Degree will be an added advantage
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures and Human Resource management
  • Has a Clean valid Driver’s License with 2 years driving experience.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) and office equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
