TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE
Reports to: Telesales Coordinator
Basis: 2 year fixed term contract
Location: Lusaka

Company Background
The Real Meat Group is part of Amatheon Agri Holding N., a German agribusiness and farming company, developing and operating sustainable projects in sub-Saharan Africa. The Group’s headquarters is in Berlin with management structures throughout Europe and business operations in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Job Summary
The Telesales Representative is responsible for introducing the company’s products to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process and also to foster strong customer relationships focusing on customer wants/needs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily call schedules and ensure all customers are called on their call days
- Confirm stock availability and advise customers accordingly
- Inform all customers about new product lines and promotions
- Follow up with customers to ensure correct orders are delivered and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade twelve certificate
- Degree/Diploma in Sales or related field
- Good communication skills
