JULY 2018 INTAKE PROGRAMMES

Applications are invited from candidates who meet the requirements to pursue the following programmes for July 2018 intake:

(A) PRE-SERVICE PROGRAMMES-MAIN CAMPUS (LUSAKA)

• Clinical Officer General – Diploma (Three Years)
• Clinical Officer Psychiatry – Diploma (Three Years)
• Environmental Health Technologist – Diploma (Three Years)
• Optometry Technologist – Diploma (Three Years)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• Five Zambian School Certificate ‘O’ Levels or equivalent (Credits and better) in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Science and any other subject.

(B) PRE-SERVICE PROGRAMMES

(i) Registered Mental Health Nursing — Diploma (Three Years)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Credit or better in English, Maths, Biology or any Science, and any other two subjects.

(C) IN-SERVICE PROGRAMME

(i) Clinical Anaesthesia – Advanced Diploma (2 years)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR CLINICAL OFFICERS:

• Five ‘O’ levels or equivalent as in (A) above
• Diploma in Clinical Medical Sciences
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• 2018 practicing licence from the Health Professions Council of Zambia

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR NURSES:

• Five ‘O’ Levels or equipment as in (A) above
• Diploma in Registered Nursing
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• 2018 practicing license from the General Nursing Council of Zambia

METHOD OF APPLICATION

All prospective applicants who meet the above requirements should:

B. Produce an authentic bank deposit slip to obtain an Application Form from Chainama College of Health Sciences — Admissions Office.
