INVITATION FOR APPLICATIONS

Applications for the 2019/2020 Chevening Scholarships are now open and will close on 6 November 2018.

Chevening is the UK government’s prestigious global scholarship programme, funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and partner organisations. The scholarship offers full financial support for future leaders to study for any eligible master’s degree at any UK university whilst gaining access to a wide range of exclusive academic, professional, and cultural events. They are awarded to individuals with demonstrable leadership potential who also have strong academic backgrounds.

The British High Commission will be holding Chevening roadshows in Mansa and Kasama on 1 1 and 13 September respectively. More details will be published on the High Commission’s Facebook pace,
UKinZambia.

A Chevening workshop will be hosted at the British High Commission on 22 September from 0900 to 1200 hours, with a live feed available for those unable to attend in person. Please look out for more details on our Facebook page.

Please note that the Chevening scholarships have no age limit and female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
