Free Internet Access in Zambia

Now you can with the Internet.org app from Facebook.

The recent launch of the Internet.org app makes the internet accessible to more people in Zambia by providing a set of free basic services – including Go Zambia Jobs.

With this fantastic FREE app, you can browse a set of useful health, employment and other services in Zambia without data charges.

Interestingly, Zambia is the first place anywhere in the world to benefit from this amazing initiative!

Currently Airtel customers in Zambia can access these services using the Internet.org Android app, the Facebook for Android app or by visiting www.internet.org. Visit Internet.org from your cell phone or mobile for an entirely free entry point. Alternatively, you can pay for data to download the Internet.org Android app (675K), or the Facebook For Android app (download size varies depending on cell or mobile phone).

Services currently available include Facebook Messenger, Wikipedia, MAMA (Mobile Alliance for Maternal Action), AccuWeather and Go Zambia Jobs.
