We are looking for capable agents with good communication skills and a passion for developing sales outlets to join our company.
We aim to establish more lottery sales networks in a short period of time and therefore need competent people to join our team.
POSITION: Sales Agent
The main role of this position is to connect our company with new sales outlets that will be responsible for selling our lottery tickets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To find interested franchises and introduce our business concept,business model, cooperation methods.
2. Establishing relationship with new customers.
3. To teach customers how to play our games and familiarize all our clients on all ongoing
promotions.
4. Must meet all sales targets within schedule.
5.coordinates sales effort with team members.
6.must be able to work independently and come up with solutions on how to increase sales.
7.supply management with reports on customer needs, interests and competitive activities.
8.visiting targeted areas and finding affiliated shops and other outlets to join 3E-LOTTERY.
REQUIREMENTS AND ATTRIBUTES
1.Able to work independently.
2. Owns a smart phone ( an added advantage )
3.Quick learner.
4 Good interpersonal skills
5.Background experience in sales will be an added advantage
6.Able to speak and write English clearly
7.Grade 12 school certificate .
The Salary for this position will be calculated as fixed based salary + profit based commission.
