Responsibilities

  • Drafting and typing correspondence by letter or email
  • Ensuring office and surroundings are clean and kempt
  • Liaising with various stakeholders
  • Record keeping and Filing
  • Petty Cash Management
  • Ensuring client record entries are up to date
  • General Office Management

Education and Experience

  • A diploma in any business related field
  • One to two years’ experience in a similar role
  • At least two years’ experience in book keeping

Knowledge and skills

  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
