Education & Skills
- Hospitality certificate or diploma or equivalent
- Guest/customer relations experience, preferably in a hospitality environment
- Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office, booking and payment systems
- Numeracy skills
- Administrative skills
Must have worked as a Hotel Receptionist for 1-year experience.
