ABOUT ACAMMS GARDENS

This lodge features outdoor pools, a restaurant, and a poolside bar. Free English breakfast, free WiFi in public areas, and free self parking are also provided. Additionally, a children’s pool, dry cleaning, and a garden are onsite. All individually decorated rooms feature  private yards. For a bit of entertainment, LCD TVs come with satellite channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences like refrigerators and electric kettles.

Acamms Gardens Lodge Mongu offers air-conditioned accommodations with complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping is provided daily. Hold your corporate functions such as conferences, workshops, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LODGE MANAGER

  • Full grade 12 certificate
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Hotel management
  • A degree will be an added advantage in any business-related field.
  • Must be computer literate

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years at managerial level in a reputable organization in the Hospitality industry is a MUST.
  • Should be very familiar with the labour laws and the laws relating to the Hospitality industry.
  • Must be very familiar with the marketing system in this industry.
  • Must be very competent in organizing the conferences /workshops and other related events.
  • Must have excellent supervisory skills
  • Must be very familiar with housekeeping rules and regulations

ATTRIBUTES

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Must be a game-changer.
  • Must be a trainer of staff.
  • Ability to work for long hours when required.
