QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LODGE MANAGER
- Full grade 12 certificate
- A minimum of a Diploma in Hotel management
- A degree will be an added advantage in any business-related field.
- Must be computer literate
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years at managerial level in a reputable organisation in the Hospitality industry is a MUST.
- Should be very familiar with the labour laws and the laws relating to the Hospitality industry.
- Must be very familiar with the marketing system in this industry.
- Must be very competent in organising the conferences /workshops and other related events.
- Must have excellent supervisory skills
- Must be very familiar with housekeeping rules and regulations
ATTRIBUTES
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Must be a game-changer.
- Must be a trainer of staff.
- Ability to work for long hours when required.
