EMPLOYMENT OFFERED – FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
Farming and Engineering Services Limited (FES), the leading supplier of premium brand products including Massey Ferguson tractors and generators, Baldan farm implements, Komatsu construction machinery and precision agriculture solutions has an immediate vacancy for a Financial Accountant to be based in Lusaka.
Reporting to the Finance Director, and among other duties perform the following key tasks:
- Preparation of monthly accounts up to trial balance stage
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
- Processing of various accounting entries into the system
- Preparation of statutory submissions to the ZRA
Skills:
- Should possess a degree in accountancy from a recognised institution and is studying towards a professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA)
- Advanced Excel
- Having worked three years at an auditing firm will be an added advantage
- Able to work under pressure and have an appreciation for tight deadlines
- Honest and able to work independently
- Experience with working on various accounting packages
