Terms of Reference
ActionAid Zambia seeks to engage highly reputable firms to provide editing, designing, and printing services.
1. Background
ActionAid Zambia (AAZ) is part of ActionAid International which is a global movement of people working together to further human rights and alleviate poverty for all.
ActionAid is implementing a project titled “Zambia Sustainable Small-Scale Fisheries Project (ZSSFP)” implemented in partnership with consortium members namely Keepers Zambia Foundation (KZF) and Zambia Social Forum (ZAMSOF) with the support by the Eco fish and European Union. AAZ is seeking highly reputable firms with capacity of designing and printing the following documents:
· Research on boosting indigenous fish production (122 pages) – 30 copies (Includes editing, designing, and printing)
· User guide to strengthening community participation on sustainable management of fisheries resources in Zambia (72 Pages)– 200 copies (Printing only)
· Effects of food preservations (54 pages) – 30 copies (Printing Only)
Application Process
Send your business profile, Valid ZRA Tax clearance certificate, Valid registration certificate from PACRA, and quotations to the ActionAid Zambia Office, 38G Kabulonga Road, Ibex Hill, P.O. Box 51407, Lusaka Zambia. Submissions of expression of interest in providing these services is open from 26-May 2022 to 31 May 2022, close of day.
