TENDER NOTICE
TENDER TITLE: CONSTRUCTION OF A MATERNETY ANNEX AT NDINGINDI RURAL HEALTH CENTER IN NAKONDE DISTRICT ON FULL CONTRACT BASIS.
ActionAid Zambia is seeking qualified contractors to construct a maternity annex at Ndingindi Rural Health Centre in Nakonde District. The health centre serves over 8,000 people, including women and children. This project aims to enhance maternal health services and strengthen community resilience through the provision of quality infrastructure.

1. Checklist.
2. Signed Letter of Bid.
3. Company Registration Certificate (PACRA)
4. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
5. Valid ZPPA certificate.
6. Filled in BOQ (Get BOQ template at this link).
7. Completed Work Schedules with clear timelines.
8. National Council for Construction.
9. Profile of Evidence of similar works done before.
10. Not less than two (2) traceable references.
11. Proof of availability of tools and equipment.
12. Experience and Qualification of Personnel.
