Main Purpose of the Job :

  • Supervise the Front Desk Receptionists
  • Take on reception duties when necessary
  • Ensure all company documents are filed and well organized
  • Ensure Front Desk Books and Files are always up to date
  • Manage Client reservations made through all channels e.g. online, telephone etc.
  • Provide weekly reports to management on front desk activities
  • Handle all admin duties
  • Assist in other Lodge operations when needed
  • Stock Management
  • Accounting

Education Background :

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Any qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Hospitality or Business Admin
  • Must be very good with mathematics

 Work Experience :

  • Any work experience in an admin or hospitality job will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years work experience

Skills :

  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF, E-mailing, Web Browsing, Social Media, Computer File Organization)
  • POS Systems Software / Hotel Management Software (Not Compulsory but Added Advantage)
  • Able to work in an office and in the field

Age :

  • 22 years old to  30 years old

  • Scanned copy of NRC or Passport
  • Scanned copies of certificates and diplomas
  • Scanned copies of reference letters
  • Electronic copy of CV
