Why the Position Exists:
To Ensure operational effectiveness through efficient branch administration.
- Assist with the Vendor and bank payment process
- Resolution of queries
- Provide general administration assistance in banking and frontline
- Do general administration of assets & office equipment
- Handle internal mail
- Assist with solving queries from Goods Receiving
- Assist with completing requisitions & requests for sundry purchases
- Assist with debtors’ applications, as required
- Update the notice board
- Assist with Petty Cash
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Accounting certificate or higher is an advantage
- Computer literacy
- A minimum of two to three years’ experience
- Experience in Customs and Clearing is a MUST
