Why the Position Exists:

To Ensure operational effectiveness through efficient branch administration.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Assist with the Vendor and bank payment process
  • Resolution of queries
  • Provide general administration assistance in banking and frontline
  • Do general administration of assets & office equipment
  • Handle internal mail
  • Assist with solving queries from Goods Receiving
  • Assist with completing requisitions & requests for sundry purchases
  • Assist with debtors’ applications, as required
  • Update the notice board
  • Assist with Petty Cash

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Accounting certificate or higher is an advantage
  • Computer literacy
  • A minimum of two to three years’ experience
  • Experience in Customs and Clearing is a MUST
