Job Description
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented kitchen manager to be responsible to provide the highest food quality consistent with cost control and maximize employee’s satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
i. Ensure that proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices are followed
ii. Responsible for purchasing food stuff
iii. Cooking food promptly
iv. Delegating tasks to other kitchen staff
v. Complying with health and safety policies.
vi. Following recipes and creating new dishes.
Requirements:
i. Diploma in Food Production.
ii. One (1) Year and above experience as a Chef.
