Our client is a multi-national Mining company with operations across Africa. They are looking for a seasoned Legal expert in the Mining sector.
The successful candidate should have 6+ years of experience in specifically mining-related matters. Regulatory or Commercial experience will be considered. Ideally both.
Considerable insight and a broad network within the Zambian Mining industry will be very valuable.
Completed legal training at a large, reputable, or boutique mining law firm will be beneficial.
Excellent corporate commercial drafting is essential.
Knowledge of the pertinent Zambian Mining legislation and regulations is essential.
The role reports to the Legal Executive and will include management of some junior personnel.
