JOB OPPORTUNITY
AGS Frasers Zambia, an international removal, relocation and records management Company is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Sales and Marketing Specialist. This position reports to the Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake marketing to offer best exposure to the services on offer.
- Achieve required sales profitability, growth and expansion in the market by effectively selling the Company’s services.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing contracts; integrating contract requirements with Client requirements.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers across all services.
- Develop creative strategies to retain existing clients
- Capture, assess and oversee implementation of new business and sales ideas in the Company.
- Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
- Enhance the company’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different client requests.
- Demonstrate services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Educational Requirements
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven results of sales performance in relation to set targets.
