ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Lusaka, for a Network Support Technician. The Network Support Technician will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure. Daily tasks include network administration, providing technical support, identifying and resolving network issues, and implementing network security measures. The technician will also troubleshoot network problems and ensure network reliability and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Network Administration and Network Security skills.
-Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills.
-Network Troubleshooting experience.
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Strong and good communication skills with clients and ability to work in a team.
-Relevant certifications in such as Router configuration and networking knowledge, Cisco, or similar are a plus.
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
-Must be a Lusaka resident.
-Must reside near Airlink broadband limited Head Office (HQ)
