JOB DETAILS
Altus Insurance Brokers is looking for a highly motivated and inspirational individual to immediately fill the position of General Manager.

SUMMARY
The individual shall possess an in-depth knowledge of the insurance market in order to identify and develop marketing strategies that can penetrate the market; and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in a suitable commercial discipline from a reputable university /OR
• Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at management level
• Must have proven sales and marketing experience as an Insurance broker or Insurer
• Must be a fully paid up member of the Chartered Insurance Institute/Insurance Institute of Zambia
