Skills:
- Strong knowledge of filtration systems (Donaldson), fuel management
systems (Jigsaw), and protective equipment (Dromex). - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excel knowledge is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Lead and opportunity management using the available trackers.
- Process orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely
delivery. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
in the systems available. - Assist the sales team with preparing sales proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to
ensure product availability. - Manage all backorder sales activities.
- Coordinate with Supply & Logistics to ensure effective management of
back orders.
Key Achievements:
- Successfully managed a high volume of customer inquiries and orders.
- Contributed to the development and implementation of effective sales
strategies. - Received positive feedback from customers for excellent service and
support.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business administration,
marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in internal sales and customer service
management.
