Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of filtration systems (Donaldson), fuel management
    systems (Jigsaw), and protective equipment (Dromex).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excel knowledge is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Lead and opportunity management using the available trackers.
  • Process orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely
    delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
    in the systems available.
  • Assist the sales team with preparing sales proposals and quotations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to
    ensure product availability.
  • Manage all backorder sales activities.
  • Coordinate with Supply & Logistics to ensure effective management of
    back orders.

Key Achievements:

  • Successfully managed a high volume of customer inquiries and orders.
  • Contributed to the development and implementation of effective sales
    strategies.
  • Received positive feedback from customers for excellent service and
    support.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business administration,
marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years in internal sales and customer service
management.
