This pivotal role combines technical consultancy with hands-on support, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from product selection through to post-installation troubleshooting and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support

• Provide expert technical consultation and product demonstrations to clients and sales teams.
• Assist in designing and proposing custom surveillance solutions using HIKVISION products.
• Deliver technical documentation, system diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Evaluate customer requirements and suggest optimal hardware and software configurations.

After-Sales Support

• Provide remote and on-site technical support during and after system deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HIKVISION hardware, firmware, software, and integrations.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and installers on HIKVISION systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Telecommunications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Agile and motivated to keep up with evolving technologies.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Capable of configuring networking devices.
• In-depth knowledge of CCTV, access control, and current security solutions.
• Experience with IP networking, PoE, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in HIKVISION Technical Training or similar (preferred).
