We are seeking an experienced and skilled Security Systems Technician to join our team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of security systems, including alarm systems, CCTV, and access control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and access control systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with security equipment.
- Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of existing systems.
- Ensuring all installations are carried out in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Providing technical support to clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits or better in Mathematics and English
- Diploma in Electrical and Electronics or in any related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems and their components.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Good understanding of safety standards and regulations related to security installations.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
