  • Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience as Restaurant Supervisor in a hotel or restaurant
  • Able to demonstrate Administration Skills
  • Able to demonstrate ability to manage the Restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
  • Excellent team leader, sales and customer service skills
