a) Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
b) Managing Customer service and merchant and agent teams to ensure goals are met
c) Meeting planned sales goals.
d) Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
e) Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
f) Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
g) Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
h) Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
i) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
j) Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
k) Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
l) Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
m) Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
n) Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
o) Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
p) Prepare reports on account status
q) Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
r) Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
