1.  Administrator (Lusaka)

Job Purpose – Compile, record and process documents relating to creditors and debtors, operating costs, financial transactions, purchasing, stock control and human resources.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provision of professional managerial services
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the financial and accounting activities within the organization
  • Prepare purchase orders, monitor supply sources, and negotiate contracts with suppliers
  • Monitor stock levels and maintains stock, order, and inventory records
  • Provide staffing and personnel administration services in support of the organization’s human resources policies and programs
  • Prepare payroll and related records for employee salaries and statutory record keeping purposes
  • Implement and evaluate information and communication strategies which create an understanding and a favourable view of an organization, its goods and services, and its role in the community

Minimum qualifications and experience

  • Degree in Accounting or related studies
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in accounting
  • Must have 3 years in stock control, bank reconciliation/VAT and pay roll management
  • Must have a valid driver license

Skills and Competencies

  • Computer literate including Pastel, OMNI accounts, MS Outlook and office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of principles of debtors and creditors and reconciliation and VAT
  • Knowledge of principles of balancing and cash up and stock taking
  • Target orientated and self -motivated

2. Customer Liaison Officer (2) – Lusaka

Job Purpose – To implement and maintain a profitable business with an effective service by managing all systems and procedures of the branch such Human Resources, General Administration, Customer service, Staff management, Up Selling, Maintenance, Company Assets and Effective Service.

Key Performance Areas

  • Customer Services – Responds to personal, written and telephone inquiries and complaints about the organization’s goods and services, provides information and refers people to other sources.
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain stock, order, and inventory records.
  • Occupational Health & Safety. Implement and evaluate risk management policies and programs, train employees in occupational health and safety procedures, monitor and audit the workplace and record and investigate incidents to ensure safe and healthy working conditions
  • Responsible for administrative duties in terms of car wash, auto detailing and automotive process
  • Operational Management

Minimum qualifications and experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related studies
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in marketing or customer service
  • Must have a valid driver license
  • Experience in customer care

  • Computer literate MS Outlook and office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Target orientated and self -motivated
  • Client orientation skills
  • Able to initiate and function independently

3. Cashier

Job Purpose – to implement and maintain a professional administration system concerning all personnel duties.

Key Performance Areas

  • Provision of professional assistance on cashier level. Receives payments from customers, issues receipt, returns change due, and meets the public and explains charging and billing policy
  • Perform general office administration duties
  • Perform general marketing duties
  • Monitors stock levels and maintains stock, order, and inventory records

Minimum qualifications and experience

  • Diploma in Accounting
  • Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience as Cashier
  • Must have a valid driver license
  • Experience in customer care
  • Knowledge of principles of cashier duties and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of principles of balancing and cash up and stock taking

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong computer skills
  • Report writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Client orientation skills
