A Real Estate and Property Development company in Zambia is looking for a property Manager who can manage the overall day to day functions of the developments.
Our company is currently looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Real Estate Manager. The Manager will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at assigned Office.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as property manager
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and excel software
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Preferably a woman
