Bisoft Business Systems is an IT Consultancy company specializing in Point of Sale for both Retail and Hospitality.

Our offering range from software to hardware (Printers, Touch Screen Terminals, Scanner and Scales)

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Diploma or Degree in any Business related field
Minimum work experience 2 – 3 years in a Call Centre | Customer Support environment
Must be of age between 20 – 25 years
Technical know-how of basic Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10
Proficient in Typing using a Keyboard and mouse
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel added advantage
Remuneration is based on a fixed pay ranging from ZMW2,500.00 – ZMW3,500.00

Conducting on-site product usage training
Answering and responding to customer queries via phone
Troubleshooting software on desktop computers
Running daily, weekly backups of software
Monitoring and assessing product usage
Offering helpdesk services to customers
Demonstrating and presenting products – Point of Sale Software and Hardware
Maintaining accurate records using data analysis in Microsoft Excel
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Reviewing sales performance
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
