Job description for brand officer
promotional material management
- daily promotional material management: make sure that material is kept without damage, update the old material in time.
- finish localization design for marketing material from HQ
- according to market activity, design marketing material
- communication with HQ about material demand
Brand Authorization compliance
- submitting localization design to HQ for authorization
- make sure that marketing material meets brand standard
brand promotion - Make sure high brand exposure rate, enhance brand image
Business Hall and Dealer shop
- Display brand element for business hall and dealer shop, keep exposure rate high
- Make sure that furnishing and decoration of BH and Dealer shop meet company brand standard
- Update brand material in time
Office brand building
- Enterprise culture display
- Authorize Business card, folder, etc , all office supplies, make sure they meet brand Ai brand
new staff training
- train new staff about our brand
wall painting project
- execute wall painting norm made by HQ
- be responsible for project circle, bidding, sites choosing, etc
- monitor supplier of wall painting standard
- check and accept finished wall painting
Requirements
- Proven working experience as brand officer and graphic designer
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Excellent command of the English language
- Diploma in marketing or a related field
- Experience in an advertising Agency is an added advantage
