Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with expertise in real estate transactions? Broadleaf Urban Properties is looking for a Conveyancing Officer to join our team and ensure smooth property transfers for our valued clients.
Location: Head Office, Lusaka
Application Deadline: 31st March 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and process legal documents related to property transactions
- Conduct due diligence on property titles and ownership verification
- Liaise with clients, legal bodies, and government authorities for seamless conveyancing
- Handle property registrations, transfers, and title deed processing
- Provide legal guidance on land acquisition and property laws
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and legal paperwork
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing or property law
- Strong knowledge of Zambian real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
