Qualifications & Experience
- LL.B (Bachelor’s Degree in Law) from a recognized university.
- LL.M (Master’s Degree in Law) or a related field is an added advantage.
- Certification in Conveyancing or Legal Compliance is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in property law, real estate compliance, and legal advisory.
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal guidance on property transactions, contracts, and leasing agreements.
- Conveyancing: Oversee legal compliance in property transfers and manage documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local real estate laws and regulations.
- Risk Management: Conduct due diligence and mitigate legal risks in property dealings.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the legal and compliance team.
- Client Relations: Represent the company in negotiations and legal discussions.
- Policy Development: Draft internal policies and conduct staff training on legal compliance.
