Our Zambia Office opened its operations in 2015 and is now looking to fill the position of Mine Site Laboratory Chemist.

Job Purpose

Manage an onsite analytical laboratory

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be a Zambian national
  • Science Degree with Chemistry major preferably analytical chemistry
  • 5 years Minimum experience dealing with base metals
  • Age – 30 and above
  • Basics Computer skills
  • Valid Driver’s licence
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly motivated
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Flexible
  • Safety conscious
  • Team player


  • Oversee all laboratory work and analyses
  • Ensure the appropriate use of laboratory equipment
  • Ensure samples are analysed in a timely manner and according to procedure
  • Preparation of all sample reports
