Position: Sales Executive
Location: Lusaka

Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining advertising clients for our TV station. Your primary duties will include:
• Identifying and approaching potential advertisers to promote their products and services on our platform.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborating with internal teams to create customized advertising solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Reach monthly sales targets
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Full Grade 12 certificate with a pass in mathematics and English ( Essential)
• Professional qualification in Marketing, Sales or Advertising added advantage
• Previous experience in sales or client relationship management, preferably in the television or advertising industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
• Knowledge of the Zambian Television landscape is a plus.
