1. Position: Driver*2

Location: Lusaka

Responsibilities

  • To drive an assigned motor vehicle for the purpose of transporting personnel and/or materials or other items to required destinations.
  • Conducts pre-shift checks of the vehicle to ensure that it is in sound operating condition before driving it.
  • Drives staffs who are conducting rountine work or undertakings in various parts of the country and other members of staff to and from required destinations.
  • Transports visitors and other officials as directed to and from required destinations.
  • Delivers or collects materials to or from specified locations as instructed.
  • Ensures compliance to all road traffic regulations e.g. valid driving license, fitness certificate, road tax license, triangles, etc.
  • Check rod tax, Insurance and fitness due dates and advise accordingly.
  • Ensures cost-savings through proper use of vehicle through accurate maintenance of daily vehicle logs, provision of inputs to preparation of the vehicle maintenance plans and reports.
  • Ensures proper day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle through timely minor repairs, arrangements for major repairs, timely changes of oil, check of tires, brakes and water levels, car washing, so that the vehicle is kept clean and in good running condition at all times.
  • Performs any other driving duties as may be assigned by superior.

Candidates Requirements

  • Grade twelve (12) Certificate.
  • Mature, honest and sober
  • Valid driving license (manual)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience.
  • At least 30 – 55 years old

2. Receptionist/Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to frontline customer enquiries, comments, complaints and record accordingly.
  • Ensure entry and filing of all financial transactions;
  • Processing all payments
  • Oversee the management of petty cash expense and reimbursements as well as retirements.
  • Deposit all receipts promptly
  • Process receipts in approved accounting application
  • Track all receipt books issued out for reconciliation purposes
  • Checking and coding suppliers’ invoices
  • Preparation of returns and ensuring adherence to monthly statutory obligations
  • Assisting in management of debtors and reconciliation of receivable statements
  • Undertake all the clerical responsibilities in the finance
  • Follow up on outstanding customer credit
  • Daily reconciliation of receipts
  • Reconciliation of Bank Accounts
  • Cash Book Management
  • Maintaining the filing system
  • Give Support to Human Resource Department
  • Performs any other duties as may be assigned by superior.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as Receptionist/Front Office or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft word
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Multitasking and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service and respectful attitude

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 Certificate with credits in English and Mathematics
  • Students in final year studying secretarial, business management or accounts
  • Certificate in secretarial, business management or accounts will be added advantage
  • Minimum age 23 years

3. Office Clerk/Messenger x 1

  • Runs errands as directed and on behalf of staff.
  • Checks on a daily basis to ensure that office floors, windows and walls, office furniture and the toilets are clean.
  • Ensure that a keys register is maintained under your control.
  • Runs errands as directed and on behalf of staff.
  • Make lunch, teas and coffees as requested and clean used tea cups and other kitchen utensil for staff.
  • Ensure that the offices are clean and well organized at all times.
  • Prepares the meeting rooms in readiness for the day’s shift.
  • Sorts outgoing mail according to destination or type and affixes appropriate postage stamps.
  • Sorts incoming materials/documents/files according to established file system and files them appropriately.
  • Monitors usage and supply of equipment, stationary, kitchen equipment and supplies, toiletries and cleaning materials etc.
  • Procures and maintains an inventory of equipment, stationary, kitchen equipment and supplies, toiletries and cleaning materials etc.
  • Maintains office floors, security system, windows, lighting, meeting rooms, signage, conveniences, kitchen etc. in exceptional order and monitors service levels with Service providers.
  • Maintain external surroundings in clean and acceptable state.
  • Performs any other duties as may be assigned by superior.

Candidates Requirements

  • Grade twelve (12) Certificate
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience
  • 25 – 45 years old

4. Hanydman x 1

  • Runs errands as directed and on behalf of staff.
  • Checks on a daily basis to ensure that office external surroundings are clean.
  • Ensure that the offices are clean and well organized at all times.
  • Manage entry and exit of staff, visitors and vehicles at the gates;
  • Maintains external floors, security system, windows, lighting, meeting rooms, signage.
  • Maintain external surroundings in clean and acceptable state.
  • Performs any other duties as may be assigned by superior.

Candidates Requirements

  • Able to ready and write;
  • Minimum of 1 year work similar experience will be added advantage
  • Persons who are differently abled shall be given preference
  • 30 – 40 years old
