All sealed bids including a bank guarantee shall be submitted by Monday 26^th August 2024 between 8.00hrs – 13.00hrs. Bids received after 13.00hrs will not be accepted.

Opening of sealed bids shall be on Monday 26^th August 2024 at 14.00hrs, CAMFED Office. This shall be a closed bid process; successful bidders shall be contacted by phone and email.

Please deliver in sealed envelopes clearly labelling what you are bidding for.

2. CAMFED reserves the right to visit and inspect the business premises of all the applicants to verify the information provided.
3. All information shall be treated as confidential.
4. CAMFED will communicate the outcome of the prequalification exercise to the applicants.
