Carlcare Service Limited is opening a new After-Sale service center and wishes to invite qualified candidates to fill out the positions of Technician, Store Keeper as well as Receptionist.

Candidates who wish to apply for these positions should have the following qualification;

  • Should be aged between 20 to 27 years.
  • Should possess work experience of at least 1 year.
  • Should be willing to work in any city at any given period of time.
  • Should possess a diploma in related fields.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TECHNICIAN.

  1. Repairing 25 pieces per day.
  2. Maintaining 100% quality of all the 25 phones.
  3. Doing Tear down and renewing phones from Warehouse
  4. Providing reports on bounce repair from QC, HQ and CC about his performance on weekly basis.
  5. All phones assigned must be repaired within 30hours
  6. Testing Phones before going to QC
  7. Training new colleagues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES RECEPTIONIST

  1. Receiving faulty phones for maintenance from customers
  2. Returning repaired phones to customers
  3. Giving refunds to customers who cannot afford second quotations.
  4. Explaining to customers what was repaired or changed from the phones.
  5. Checking income and giving daily income reports.
  6. Listening to customers complaints /problems and offer solutions or refer to the next immediate supervisor for further solutions.
  7. Training new colleagues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES STORE KEEPER

  1. Issuing materials to Technicians for maintenance.
  2. Issuing defectives out weekly to warehouse via System manager.
  3. All defective materials from technicians must be labeled correctly according to the HQ standard.
  4. Sending reports on all good materials in the system but bad physically with picture and quantity.
  5. Training new colleagues.
  6. Performing stock taking every month end and give reports.
  7. Sending Reports on all shortages encountered every month.
  8. Training new colleagues.
