Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Entry Level)

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of Centicus Consultants LTD.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support:

* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for senior management.

* Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, presentations, and other documents.

* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

* Maintain office supplies and equipment.

* Assist with the organization and maintenance of office files and records.

 

2. Project Coordination:

* Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, tracking progress, and preparing reports.

* Coordinate with clients and vendors as needed.

3. Human Resources Support:

* Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.

* Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.

4. Financial Support:

* Assist with expense reports and invoice processing.

* Prepare and maintain financial records as required.

 

5. Communication:

* Maintain professional and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

* Entry Level to 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications

* Age – 24 to 30 years

* Experience in a professional services environment.

* Knowledge of office management software and procedures.

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

* Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

* Experience in a Transport & Logistics Industry is an added advantage.

Working Hours

*8 hours by 6 days

Salary and Benefits

*Salary K3,000 to K4,000.
