- Cold-calling potential customers to grow market share in the assigned region.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales target
- Maintain cardio relationships with merchants.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Ensure end-to-end device deployment
- Present, promote and sell all products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Work with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
- Analyse the potential of the territory and keep track of sales and status reports.
- Gathering of market intelligence.
- MS Office skills. (Knowledge of BRM and CRM processes will be an added advantage)
- Highly motivated and goal oriented.
- Sales experience in telecoms or FMCG will be an added advantage.
- Good bargaining, selling, and communication skills
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities are important.
- Skills in relationship management
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- A diploma in a business course, bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Having a motorbike license will be an added advantage.
