Corporate Sales Coordinator

Position Overview

The Corporate Sales Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for customer acquisition, retention and customer support of corporate customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Head the head-office region
• Manage the Online, Web-Services and WhatsApp channels
• Recruit and manage key accounts for all product lines
• Drive bulk payments
• Formulate sales strategies for the corporate space
• Guide exco on corporate sales strategies and align sales to company goals
• Recruitment of corporate customers for all business lines i.e.
  • Cash Deposits
  • Cash Withdrawals
  • Merchant Payments
  • Online payments
  • Bulk Payments
• Recruitment and management of any sales representative within corporate sales
• Performance reporting of region
• Ensuring customers within region receive the necessary support within the company approved guidelines
• As well as above, any other duties given by management

Accountability and Performance Measures

• Accountable for achievement of revenue targets for the following business lines:
  • Airtime and Bill Payments
  • Cash Deposits and Cash Withdrawals
  • Merchant and Online Payments
  • Bulk Payments
• Accountable for performance of the sales representatives within the corporate sales team
• Accountable for acceptable service levels
  Organizational Alignment
• Reports directly to the Managing Director
• Will manage directly the sales team for appointed region

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year degree in any field
• Four years post qualification experience in a management position
• Four years post qualification sales experience in an FMCG environment
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital financial services
• Experience in leading a team of 5 or more people
