Job Description

  • Invoicing and Billing
  • Assisting with the procurement function
  • Managing payroll
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Administration of Several information Systems
  • Managing company ledgers
  • Processing Supplier payments
  • Coordinating internal and external audits
  • Verifying balances in books and rectifying discrepancies
  • Daily update of the books of Accounts
  • Encoding accounting entries for data processing
  • Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
  • Maintenance of fixed assets registers
  • Preparation of Management Accounts
  • Preparation of a rolling Cash-flows

Qualifications and Key Competencies

  • Degree in Accounting or level 2 of ACCA/CIMA/CA Zambia ;
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks Online & Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Payroll Experience; Strong Bookkeeping Skills; Attention to detail a prerequisite; Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills, Good Interpersonal skills; teamplayer; knowledge of zambian taxes and profinciency in the ZRA taxonline system.

Other Information

The Candidate must be amenable to being stationed at the Chongwe River Lodge bush camp in the Lower Zambezi National Park.
